What does it cost to list my property with Brightwave?
Marketing costs are carried by us on standard mandates. Commission is only earned when a lease is concluded, at rates agreed upfront in the mandate. There are no listing fees.
Do you take open mandates or only sole mandates?
Both, and we will tell you honestly which suits your situation. A sole mandate concentrates accountability and marketing effort and generally earns more of our senior brokers' time; an open mandate can make sense for specific property types or timelines.
