PPRA Compliance
Brightwave Capital (Pty) Ltd, its directors, and all affiliated property practitioners are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and hold valid Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) as required under the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019.
The Property Practitioners Act requires all property practitioners to be registered with the PPRA and to hold a valid FFC before conducting any property transactions. This ensures that all client funds handled during property transactions are protected by the Fidelity Fund.

Mandatory Disclosure
In terms of Section 67 of the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019, all property transactions facilitated by Brightwave include a PPRA-compliant Mandatory Disclosure Form. This form is completed and signed by the seller or landlord prior to the marketing of any property and discloses all known material defects and relevant information about the property.
The Mandatory Disclosure Form protects both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords by ensuring transparency in all property transactions. Copies of the Mandatory Disclosure Form for any listed property are available upon request.
Complaints Handling Policy
Brightwave follows a formal PPRA-aligned complaints procedure. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.
How to Submit a Complaint
- Contact us directly — Submit your complaint in writing to complaints@brightwaveproperty.co.za. Please include your full name, contact details, a description of the complaint, and any supporting documentation.
- Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days.
- Investigation — We will investigate the complaint thoroughly and provide you with a written response within 21 business days.
- Escalation — If you are not satisfied with our response, or if the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the PPRA:
